Diane Sagnier got into filmmaking while studying photography at the Gobelins School of Image in Paris where she started to use video to link images and music, and work with stop motion.

This love for the image led her to produce music videos for many of young musicians in the French music scene like Granville, The Popopopops and Walter Sobcek, where she was given a carte blanche.

Her fresh and poetic style radiates a natural charm, making her characters almost seem timeless, which you can see in her films for brands such as Comptoir des Cotonniers, Galeries Lafayette and others.
